The right equipment. Properly connected.
The cheapest device on a quotation can become the most expensive one to support. We help connect purchasing decisions to actual workloads, connectivity, compatibility and the people who will maintain the equipment.

- Office networking and connectivity setup
- Server and storage planning
- Hardware-to-software integration
How we approach it
We look at the users, software, site conditions and existing equipment first. That makes it easier to distinguish what should be replaced, what can stay, and what needs a configuration change.
How scope affects cost
Equipment, installation and ongoing support are quoted separately where applicable. Availability, supplier warranties and delivery terms are confirmed for the specific equipment before an order.
What needs a separate conversation
Electrical work, structural cabling, third-party connectivity and supplier warranty coverage must be confirmed in scope. We do not imply manufacturer authorization or warranty terms that have not been established.
A few useful answers.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Yes. An inventory of the current devices and the software they run helps establish whether upgrades, reconfiguration or replacement are appropriate.
Is procurement the same as ongoing support?
No. Purchasing, installation and ongoing support are separate responsibilities. The quotation should state which are included.
How do you choose a specification?
Start with the software, workload, mobility and support needs. We then discuss a suitable specification and the tradeoffs, rather than buying by model name alone.
