A home for your systems. A plan for their care.
A website needs more than a place to run. It needs someone to notice a problem, a way to recover, and a clear answer to who handles what. We help put those pieces in place.
Discuss hostingIllustrative concept. We scope the right setup for your business.
What we can help with
- Application and website hosting
- Updates and routine maintenance
- Monitoring and backup configuration
- Migration and deployment support
How we approach it
First we establish what runs today and what the business depends on. We agree recovery needs, access, maintenance windows and escalation before selecting the hosting arrangement.
How scope affects cost
Hosting infrastructure and management are distinct costs. Capacity, backup retention, support hours and maintenance responsibilities are agreed in your proposal. No blanket uptime promise replaces that discussion.
What needs a separate conversation
Out-of-hours cover, major application changes and third-party outages need explicit treatment in the service agreement. Recovery times depend on the agreed architecture and tested procedures.
A few useful answers.
Can you move our existing website?
We can scope a migration after reviewing the current host, application, database, email and DNS setup. A migration plan should include testing and a rollback route.
Is support available around the clock?
Support hours and escalation arrangements are agreed per engagement. Tell us if your operations require out-of-hours coverage so it can be scoped properly.
Does a backup mean we can recover immediately?
No. The time to recover depends on the data, dependencies and restore process. We recommend agreeing recovery needs and testing the procedure.
