Make the work flow.

When a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and three disconnected tools become the process, the cost shows up in the gaps. We help turn that process into software your team can actually use.

Discuss software

Illustrative concept. We scope the right setup for your business.

What we can help with

  • Internal operations and approval tools
  • Customer-facing websites and applications
  • Business-system and API integrations
  • Improvements to existing applications

How we approach it

We start with the work, the people doing it, and the points where things get stuck. Then we agree the smallest useful release. You review working progress, not just a presentation at the end.

How scope affects cost

Project work is scoped before pricing. The number of workflows, integrations, user roles and data-migration requirements all affect the estimate. Support after launch is agreed separately.

What needs a separate conversation

Third-party subscriptions, content entry, data cleanup and ongoing support need explicit scope. They are not automatically included in a software build.

Before you ask

A few useful answers.

Can you improve something we already have?

Yes. Start by sharing what it does, what is causing trouble, and which systems it connects to. We will establish what can be retained before proposing a rebuild.

Who owns the accounts and code?

Ownership and access are agreed in the proposal. We recommend business-controlled accounts and a written handover that makes responsibilities clear.

Do I need a technical specification?

No. Bring an example of the work you want to improve. A description of the current process is a useful starting point.
